How To Get Started:
Open Equinox Chat – Click "Support Chat" on our website or open your toolbar, click the 1-Link icon, and select "Help" to open chat.
Start a Chat – Enter your email address, click "Get Verification Code," check your inbox for the code, paste it into the chat window, select "Help Desk," enter your name and issue, and click "Start Chatting."
Get the Help You Need – A technician will respond as soon as possible, or if after hours, you can submit your issue, and we’ll follow up during business hours.
