 What Happened 

The call came on a Monday. A Utah-based title company had just acquired another firm, and the owner had a major ask: “I need 45 new employees up and running across four new office locations—this week.”

There was no time to waste. The acquired company had been caught up in legal issues, and the existing employees (innocent in the process) needed a fresh start fast. But nothing was ready. There were no computers, no internet, and no leases finalized for permanent office space.

 The Fix 

We knew this project was a race against time. So we broke it into two phases: one to get people working now, and one to build for the long term.

Phase 1: Immediate Setup

  • Rushed rental desktops and networking gear from a trusted local vendor
  • Delivered and deployed temporary month to month internet at each site
  • Set up workstations in spare rooms and open spaces in existing locations so employees could start day one
  • Met late at night with the client to onboard users and configure systems

Phase 2: Long-Term Buildout

  • Installed 45+ new desktops, firewalls, switches, and printers
  • Coordinated with print and internet vendors to finalize long-term installs
  • Expanded server and storage capacity to support growth
  • Helped secure lease-to-own financing to manage hardware costs without delay

We handled everything from onboarding, network design, vendor coordination, and procurement. We wanted the client to be able to focus on leading their growing team.
